Bill and Chris NeSmith, Senior Pastors, Founders and Executive Directors of Harvest Light Ministries and Harvest Light Fellowship Church

Bill has been involved in ministry since 1988 after receiving a vision while on a mission trip to the Dominican Republic. He has served and been involved in various capacities and roles of leadership. Bill is a powerfully anointed speaker and teacher, who impacts lives through his prophetic gifting and his no nonsense approach to living the Word as a daily example of how to walk in the freedom of our Lord, today.

Chris is also an anointed leader and teacher with a heart of worship. She leads people into the throne room and the Lord's presence in any way she can.




Jorge Parrott, Missions

Jorge Parrott has been the President of Christ’s Mandate for Missions (CMM) since 1998. In 2009, CMM joined forces with MorningStar Missions which now has more than five hundred missionary leaders serving around the globe. Many of these leaders have more than one hundred churches and two have more than two thousand churches each in their networks. Jorge and Anna Marie have been married thirty-three years and have three grown sons, Orion, Matthew (married to Miriam), and Jonathan (married to Jennifer). Jorge has more than thirty years experience as an entrepreneur and a Doctoral of Theology and a Ph.D. from NCCT. He helps administer the MSU College of Theology Degree program at MorningStar Fellowship in Fort Mill. His heart was captured by the Lord for the nations when he stepped out in the faith realm and encountered the supernatural love of the Lord.





Tom Hardiman, MFM, MFC, and Ft. Mill Church

Tom Hardiman and his wife, Mary Anne, direct the MorningStar Fellowship of Ministries and pastor MorningStar’s Fort Mill church. Tom oversees a network of more than four hundred pastors, churches, and ministries throughout the world. Tom and Mary Anne were senior pastors of two congregations in New Jersey before being supernaturally called to MorningStar in 2003. As a former Olympian and coach, Tom brings a wealth of team ministry to his messages. An inspirational speaker and a natural leader, Tom travels extensively preaching and conducting regional prophetic roundtables. These prophetic roundtables draw together individuals in understanding the times and seasons in which we live. Tom’s heart is to strengthen and equip ministers and congregations to have the most impact on the world for Christ. His burden is for the restoration of spiritual warriors so that they are healed, equipped, and building again. He and his wife have two married children, a son, and one grandson.

George Zimmerman

An elder and leader in his church and a Christian businessman.  He brings a wealth of common sense knowledge and his love for Jesus Christ and a faithful walk have marked his life for many years.  With him being both a brother in Christ as well as Pastor Chris’ brother he has a heart for what we are doing as well as to build the body of Christ through character driven choices and decisions.

Jim Lewis rightly describes himself as a Pastor/Teacher/Urban Missionary.

40+ years of cross-cultural urban ministry (bi-lingual Spanish), Teaching Bible college/institute, and ministry to marginalized. Currently, volunteer teacher in two State Prisons and international teaching trips.

Tracy McIntyre, pastor of Crossroads Community Church

He has been the pastor of Crossroads Community Church since 1989 (24 years). The church is located in Elizabethtown, Indiana and has just celebrated their 40th Anniversary in May 2013 He and his wife Darlene have three children: Sean, Karissa, and Mitch He has been on our Board since the ministries inception in 2000.
